POSITION OBJECTIVE:                                                                                                           


To assemble filters by hand that meets company/customer specifications in a timely manner.



  • Assemble filters – put various types of media into channel frames and tape/pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.
  • When using urethane, clean off excess from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage.
  • Be sure that correct media is available for frame.
  • Be sure frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
  • Be sure frame printing is proper and correct.
  • Be sure that the pleat count is correct, where applicable.
  • Responsible for producing quality filters and meet company specifications in a fast paced environment.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations


  • This position is located in the US


  • Must be able to read a tape measure. 



  •  6 months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred


  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required


  • License or certificates in any of the above mentioned trade skills are beneficial

  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles.
