Position Objective:

The SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst provides Business system analyst support to AAF Flanders with specific emphasis on SAP integration.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Translate internal business rules to technical business requirements.
  • Work with senior analysts to design and implement processes and procedures associated with SAP and peripheral systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Work with senior analysts and functional business team members to develop the detailed requirements and current and future state documents associated with integration projects.
  • Act as functional project lead as necessary during all phases of the design to implementation cycle to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Provide the business requirements and assist with the creation of specifications for development activities.
  • Work with senior analysts and developers to communicate specifications, test new configuration / processes / development.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify improvement opportunities and monitor project metrics.
  • Develop test plans and oversee user testing activities. 
  • Develop/maintain user training and support documents and provide ongoing training to end users.
  • Strong understanding of interfacing with SuccessFactors through the CPI or other integration means.
  • Other duties as applicable.

 

Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required;
  2. Experience in support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors projects;
  3. General understanding of SuccessFactors suite;
  4. Relevant experience in SuccessFactors in Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll/Learning Management/Recruitment/Onboarding/Compensation/Goals & Performance/Time & Attendance (WorkForce);
  5. 2 years of professional experience in a finance or manufacturing role;
  6. Experience developing user training documents and conducting training classes;
  7. Strong business acumen with understanding of key business metrics;
  8. Ability to work as part of a cross functional team and communicate across all levels of the organization;
  9. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  10. HTML/CSS;
  11. Integration experience through flat files, XML, FTP, and web services;
  12. Some ABAP/BADI knowledge is preferred;
  13. EC configuration including workflow rules;
  14. SAP SPRO/IMG configuration;
  15. Strong background in data maintenance (imports/exports, LSMW, and similar) and analysis;
  16. Scripting (JavaScript or similar) knowledge is preferred.
