Position Objective:

The SAP Sales & Service Business Analyst/Administrator is responsible for setup and configuration of the SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solution to manage business processes including sales, marketing, and service. This role will be also be responsible to support on-going maintenance and future initiatives in relation to the SAP Sales & Service Cloud products across the AAF filtration division organization. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

•    Maintain SAP Sales & Service Cloud configuration related to issue resolution and system enhancements.

•    Maintain SAP Sales & Service Cloud configuration related to issue resolution and system enhancements.
•    Provide system support following implementation.
•    Document, deliver, and administer training and related materials to end users.
•    Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones.
•    Work with key stakeholders to develop current and future state process documents based on business requirements.
•    Analyze and convey business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
•    Develop and communicate detailed project planning documents.
•    Oversee ongoing system configuration, maintenance, and support activities.
•    Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and deliverables from third party resources.
•    Work with training team to develop and deliver user training curriculum. 
•    Establish and maintain backup or disaster recovery policies.
•    Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  2. 2-4 years’ experience working with SAP Sales and/or Service Cloud required;
  3. Experience in support and maintenance of SAP Sales and Service Cloud;
  4. Excellent understanding of SAP Sales and Service Cloud platform;
  5. Relevant experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud in Territory Management/Workflows/Reporting and basic CRM & Marketing functionality;
  6. Strong understanding of interfacing with SAP Sales & Service Cloud through the CPI or other integration means;
  7. Experience with testing and validation of system configuration;
  8. ABAP knowledge is preferred;
  9. Sales Cloud Territory Management experience preferred;
  10. Debugging & Problem-Solving skills required;
  11. Experience with configuration SPRO/IMG in S/4, CPI and SSC required;
  12. Design expertise and general understanding of Web development language preferred;
  13. Strong background in data mining and analysis;
  14. Advanced Microsoft office including MS Project or similar project management tool;
  15. MS Visio;
  16. Excellent Facilitation and white-boarding skills;
  17. Superior communication skills across all levels of the organization.
