Position Objective:

Provide Business System analyst support to AAF International with specific focus on SAP FICO (Finance/Controlling). 


Key Accountabilities:

•    Design, Configure and Support SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. Processes include GL, AR, AP, Banking, CO, Costing and COPA. Support integration with Vertex (Tax System), SAP Concur, SAP Success Factors.
•    Serve as senior subject matter expert with content, processes and procedures associated with SAP and peripheral systems and processes within the area of FICO in a manufacturing environment.
•    Understand overall business system landscape, including data flows and internal/external integration.
•    Define detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validate SAP solutions.
•    Identify and document continuous improvement opportunities and act as functional project lead as necessary during all phases of the design to implementation cycle to ensure business objectives are met.
•    Provide the business requirements and assist with the creation of specifications for development activities.
•    Work with developers to communicate specifications, test new configuration/processes/development.
•    Provide the business requirements and assist with the creation of specifications for development activities.
•    Guide other business analysts in software development and implementation of those processes.
•    Develop/maintain user training documents and provide ongoing training to end users.
•    Other duties as applicable.

Position Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required;
  2. At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with demonstrated record of success in a similar role;
  3. Minimum of 2+ years working with SAP FICO in a manufacturing environment;
  4. Extensive experience developing user training documents and conducting training classes;
  5. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures;
  6. Strong financial acumen in a manufacturing environment a must;
  7. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO functionality as well as integration across the SAP system;
  8. Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets analysis and presentation development. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio;
  9. Excellent training skills;
  10. Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
