Drive reduction and accurate processing of AAF Quality Notifications. Facilitates quality notifications through research and analysis and routes to the correct department for processing where needed.  Champion of change and improvement across all parts of Customer Service Department.  



 •    Works closely with Credit and Collections teams and Customer Service in timely processing of Quality Notifications.
•    Works across all business departments in driving and expediting Quality Notifications to correct department.
•    Supports reduction in CS owned QNs and aligns with training leader and supervisors in identifying root cause corrective action along with product replacement orders.  
•    Align activities to support Customer Service metrics, which are a measurement of service provided to customers.
•    Keeps informed of company products, procedures, pricing, shipping schedules and other information to accurately and efficiently train CSRs on customer requirements.
•    Self-starter with ability to operate with limited supervision.
•    Performs other duties as assigned.



  1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required. Comparable industry experience can be substituted for education requirement;
  2. Minimum three (3) years' prior experience in customer service or related area;
  3. Must have product complaint processing experience; 
  4. Must have ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages; 
  5. Prior SAP experience and SAP proficiency is required;
  6. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  7. Some travel, including international, will be required in this role.
