Plan, direct, control, and coordinate the sale of the company’s products within the Foremarket segment to ensure products are sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability and sales volume in relation to established marketing and sales standards.  Continually evaluates the timely adjustment of the company’s marketing strategy and sales plans to meet changing market and sales conditions.

  • Provide education-based training to Foremarket Reps, A&E Firms, and/or End-Use Customers on the value proposition of AAF Flanders High Purity product portfolio
  • Provide product technical support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to establish and execute a sales goal for the territory
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Develop territory specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Attend industry trade shows and events in order to promote and sell AAF Flanders products
  • Recommend product modifications or improvements based on findings of market research, technical service work, or customer feedback (voice of the customer).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Technical Requirements: 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Experience with Saleaforce.com a plus



  • 10-15 years of relevant selling experience.
  • Understanding and experience with high value-added product selling, pricing, negotiating and channel management.
  • Ability to communicate and sell both products and value concepts at all organizational levels.
  • Be able to synthesize various input and ideas into relevant and clear strategies and secure buy-in from diverse teams in order to implement them.
  • Must understand the importance and role of “value” and “brand” in building a profitable business, and have experience in both product management and P&L management. A history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability must be demonstrated.
  • Team player with proven success in meeting sales goals.
