  • Develop advanced air filtration material and process concepts into workable design applications in response to marketplace needs through modeling, prototyping, and testing.
  • Study and recommend techniques and materials to advance the material sciences of filtration.
  • Investigate new materials through collaboration with vendors, universities and other industries.
  • Monitor testing, design and manufacturing processes of specific projects to ensure compliance with customer specifications and all governmental rules and regulations.
  • Implement and manages approved projects within established budgets and schedules.
  • Provide input and assistance for project proposals.
  • Keep abreast of new developments, materials or processes for use in adaptations to company products
  • Provide engineering services to other departments as required.

1) Excellent verbal and written communications skills- sensitive to global and cultural differences

2) Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university (Engineering degree preferred).

4) 3-4 years of work experience in product development or a similar R&D role

5)Filtration, Packaging, Chemical or Food Processing backgrounds.

6)Experience with working with Vendors to achieve cost down.

7)  Background in Filtration is a plus

8)Self-directed and detail oriented with the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities that frequently change.

9)Ability to complete multiple tasks within the required time frame in a highly interactive environment with frequent interruptions and change priorities.
